Library News
  • Springmier Library is an American Star Library
Library Journal announced that the Springmier Library has been rated by the Library Journal index of Public Library Service, a national rating for public libraries. The LJ index offers an overall of how a library's performance stacks up to peer libraries.
  • Recycle Printer Cartridges
The Clear Creek Amana Middle School Library will collect and recycle used printer cartridges. Any style or brand of cartridge qualifies. When you replace your printer's cartridge, bring the old one to the library. Your old cartridge benefits the Springmier/Middle School Library.
  • Volunteers continue work on the Tiffin centennial book. A blog has been created where snippets of history information is posted about Tiffin.
Visit http://tiffinia.wordpress.com/ to read the blog. Families are encouraged to submit their family histories to the library to be included in the book.
If you have photos or information please contact the Springmier Library at 545.2960 or Linda Schreiber at 936.8600. We'd especially like to include a photo of the sign listing the names of veterans who served from the Tiffin area.
