BOOSTER CLUB
ALLOCATION REQUEST
The role of the CCA Booster Club is to help in providing equipment designed to boost our athletic programs and the performance of CCA
athletes. We work in partnership with all of the CCA Athletic Programs trying to meet their many needs. The CCA Booster Club may not
be able to fully fund all of your allocation request(s), therefore, fundraising or club funds will need to be used for the purchase. For
consideration of funds, a completed Allocation Request form along with supporting documentation must be submitted to Kurt Ronnfeldt.
This form is to be completed by coaches. Kurt will review your allocation request with you and present it to the Booster Club. All coaches
are encouraged to attend our meetings. New requests will be considered throughout the school year as needs arise.
