2013-14 Before and Afterschool Enrollment Application

We are pleased to be able to continue our support for before and after school programs at the Amana, North Liberty, and Oxford centers.

We strive to provide a program that provides an enriching and safe place for your child. Questions about the B/A program can be addressed to Ben Macumber. If you have suggestions that would assist us with improving our programs, please share these ideas with the principals or Dr. Schares.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• If school is closed due to an emergency or weather the before and after school program will be closed.
• If a child has arrived for before school care and school is then cancelled due to weather, parents will be called and an arrangement will be made to pick up the child
• If school is released early due to an emergency or weather, the after school program will close 1 hour after school is dismissed.
• There will be no before and after school program on days that the school calendar indicates school not is session. However, if you will need daycare on these scheduled days, you will have the opportunity to sign up and pay for these days in advance. The availability of this special day care program will be based on enrollment. We will require a minimum of six students per attendance center preregistered in order to have this daycare option.
